One of the big challenges to success with enterprise application deployments is securing active user participation. Applications have historically been difficult to use, and user interfaces have been slow to catch up with modern Web 2.0 and Smartphone technologies. Dispelling this stodgy image of enterprise software applications, SAP recently released a revolutionary new product update for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in December 2007.
